size was misleading I bought this to replace a 12" pendant lamp that was broken in the process of renovating my home. This lamp is only about 10"; if that was clear I would have looked elsewhere for the larger size. As it was already hard wired by the time I saw it, I didn't bother to return it. October 24, 2011

After I ordered this, I received the box but inside the glass ball was shattered. I called lighting direct and they were very easy to deal with. The rep was courteous, and he immediately shipped out a second light which came quickly and was unbroken. October 29, 2010
