attractive clean lines, quality acceptable We compared this with similar but more expensive fixtures from Hudson Valley and Hunterdon Forge. We actually liked this style a bit better for our remodeled kitchen/breakfast area. The space has tray-like raised ceiling that goes up 10 feet. The kitchen is traditional, with raised panel cream color cabinets, but we went with contemporary lighting in brushed nickel type finish. It works well. Very happy with the look. This is not an heirloom piece, but the quality is fine. We did the semi-flushmount (no chain). If you like the picture, I think you will be very happy with this purchase. A lot of look for the price!
