My ceiling is at a 45 degree angle will the included canopy work in that scenario?

A. The Sea Gull Lighting 6658 is able to be mounted on a sloped ceiling. Although the light cannot be mounted directly on the ceiling by using the canopy(ceiling plate), it does include a 12" chain that can allow you to mount on any degree of slope.
